As you may have noticed (if you were looking at the repos) v1.4.0-alpha.1 was tagged and released last week. Please see https://github.com/openshift/origin/releases/tag/v1.4.0-alpha.1 for a list of changes.
This will be the final alpha - the next release will be the first release candidate. Thanks for everyone's hard work!
