We are hoping to get the deployment / RC conditions showing in the mgmt
console in 1.5.  We just did something similar to this for builds in
https://github.com/openshift/origin-web-console/pull/989 (screenshot in PR
is outdated from final impl).  Basically whenever we have a more detailed
reason for failures we show that in place of just saying "Failed".  I
expect the deployment failure reasons will behave the same.
