It sounds like Google doesn't like your system name:
Error 400: Invalid value 'n-0.c.endless-duality-161113.internal'. Values
must match the following regular expression:
'[a-z](?:[-a-z0-9]{0,61}[a-z0-9])?'
period does not appear to be a valid character, which leads me to believe
that your system name in GCE is something with periods. Is that accurate?
