* v3.6.0-alpha.0

Note that as described previously we have switched from Kubernetes style
versioning (1.6) to be consistent with the OpenShift versioning scheme
dating to before OpenShift 3 (3.6). This reduces the amount of differences
that the Ansible playbook has to take into account and as we gradually
allow Kubernetes to be extensible close alignment with Kubernetes versions
may no longer be required and a version of OpenShift might work against
multiple Kubernetes versions. Along with this change we plan to make the
repositories used in the Centos PaaS Sig more closely align with each
version and contain dependencies that apply to each version (as we continue
to move forward with Docker).

OpenShift v3.6 will be based on Kubernetes v1.6
