I think that the default http page exists for a valid reason. Not every OS/ GNU 
Distribution ships with the CAcert package (Arch deprecated support few months 
back and I don't know about others). Also FSDG distributions like Trisquel 
doesn't ship that package either. So if we change the default page to 
https://www.parabola.nu, then the visitor will bump across a scary "This 
Connection is Untrusted" error and will have no explanation as to the reason 
behind that error and how to bypass the error, making s/he believe that the 
site is untrustworthy. The current default page provides an explanation and 
possible work around to bypass that error.
