PREP Arch-Migration (we are BEFORE 1.1):

At this point always still in archlinux, there is NOT yet any
parabola-keyring. So populating it is useless, remove this entry!
Arch-MIGRATION (now we are IN 1.1):

There is the Keyring-INSTALLation for the FIRST time. Done, now make:
# pacman-key --init
# pacman-key --populate parabola
plus, Update of SIGNING and VERIFYING packages:
# pacman-key --refresh-keys
Finalize it with:
# pacman -Sy parabola-keyring
Add a warning:
If there may be a dirmngr-error, do:
# dirmngr </dev/null
BEFORE your mirrorlist.pacnew-copy, add a nonprism warning:
comment out all Server-lines in the pacnew-list with US/UK-connections.
Copy to mirrorlist DONE, make:
# pacman -Syyu
# pacman -Sy pacman
finalized by a second time:
# pacman -Syyu
AFTER 1.1 (now IN 1.2):
Pacman installed and BEFORE your-freedom-line, add:
# cp /etc/pacman.conf.pacnew /etc/pacman.conf
Edit pacman-pacnew first, then copy to pacman.
