the deciding factor o/c would be whatever archlinux32 is doing with the core packages - theres no point in asking the question if they are not dedicated to that goal
when is the last time anyone has pulled the P2 down from the attic and tried booting parabola - is anyone sure that is even still possible? also, one arch dev is working on a port to 486 that could presumably cover everything else that parabola could conceivably run on ConnochaetOS still supports the full i686 class so there is still a libre harbour for those machines even if parabola can no longer support them
