kde-unstable and gnome-unstable are synced directly from archlinux. The date of e.g. the directory https://repo.parabola.nu/kde-unstable/ may be from 2014, but the date of https://repo.parabola.nu/kde-unstable/os/x86_64/kde-unstable.db.tar.gz is a couple days ago... it currently contains qt 5.14 betas as well as some kde components which are rebuilt against it.
