one note about this PKGBUILD
> pkgrel=15
> _upstream_ver=20220710
> pkgver=4.15.libreboot${_upstream_ver}
because pkgver includes _upstream_ver, whenever
_upstream_ver changes, pkgver changes
whenever pkgver changes, pkgrel should reset to 1, or if you are
using another PKGBULID as a guide, whatever the upstream
PKGBUILD has for that version.
this is a parabola-only PKGBUILD, so there is no upstream
PKGBULID to compare against - so pkgrel should be 1 now
