I just released libretools 20240221.1 to [libre] and pushed the source
tarball to <https://repo.parabola.nu/other/libretools/>.
TL;DR: This is another bugfix release, hot on the heels of the last
one.
Changes from v20240221 to v20240221.1:
Bugfixes:
- librefetch:
+ Don't include a `.INSTALL` file.
- librerelease:
+ Fix pbot notification, a regression introduced in v20240221.
Maintenance:
- The build system now has a `config.mk:enable_manpages` config knob
to control whether the libretools manpages get built/installed.
