Note that none of the releases which have release rpms in http://trunk.rdoproject.org/rdo_release are supported, so cloudsig repos for those are not longer supported anyway, so could be removed. Other than that, the redirects were done to maintain a more predictable url without depending on specific release number and keep backwards compatibility with the urls for the old rpms.
