hi!
is it possible to honor $rcmail_config['trash_mbox'] and
$rcmail_config['sent_mbox'] in the default_folder arrays used for
building the folder tree?
or - if you're too busy hacking the core - which places should i make
updates to, so courier users (where trash gets advertised as
INBOX.trash) can enjoy the different folder icons?
