The problem with the special folders seems to be that Courier IMAP returns
foldernames as 'INBOX.Sent' which, even lowercase, does not match with
$this->default_folders:
checkout this dump from rcube_imap::_sort_mailbox_list
[$folder] => INBOX.Trash
[$this->default_folders] => Array
(
[0] => inbox
[1] => drafts
[2] => sent
[3] => junk
[4] => trash
)
