I've given it a quick test and here are my results:
When I Crtl+Left Click on Inbox, I have a new window (in my setup, a
tab) that opens, with the login screen and "Session Expired" message.
However, my original window is still functioning (ie, I am not logged
off, I can write messages, and so on).
