I've done some more testing. If i send an attachment with special
characters like æøå ÆØÅ öäü ÖÄÜ through Thunderbird 1.5 (Linux),
roundcubemail doesn't even show the attachment. If i do so from
Thunderbird 1.0.2 (windows), roundcubemail shows the attachment.
I guess it has something to do with the file encoding, but i can't tell
where the problem is.
This does not explain the first (original) message where roundcube tried
to download to file "".
