I don't know that people were talking about per-user, but
per-installation. At least that is what I assumed. If you wanted to do
a little experiment, propose a list of keystrokes that you think are
reasonable, and watch how many people say they are horrible, and totally
non-intuitive, and that only includes the people on this list...
