CVS, SVN Move Features...

Hello all,

I was just curious what everyone was looking for.  A free solution that includes source control, SVN, CVS, darcs, etc., with some sort of web interface to list the source and submit tickets?  I was just curious because i was thinking about offering such a service with my small hosting company, but not sure if we can do it for free...
