I agree - I think that a plugin architecture would be a big feature
for RoundCube since it would let the community contribute their own
ideas to the project without affecting the mainline.  Things like this
and spam filtering are two examples of really good ideas for plugins.

A plugin architecture will be nice for mail sorting API. Cyrus use sieve
for example, but other application exist. Horde use an abstraction for
such rules. The ugly squirrelmail is still used for its plugin architecture.

plugins are useful.
