In config/main.inc.php you can find a parameter $rcmail_config['ldap_public'] where you can configure an LDAP directory to search in from within the RoundCube address book. This feature is currently broken in the SVN trunk version but is subject to be re-implemented with the next release. It works with the latest 0.1-beta2 release provided that your PHP installation was compiled with LDAP.
