indicate that the message is sent as UTF-8, which should work.

These headers indicate that my mail server did some encoding changes

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
X-MIME-Autoconverted: from quoted-printable to 8bit by mail.silveroaks.com id l5PGvTdj021507

So maybe your mail server or your browser doesn't like UTF-8 ?
