I have RC, set up with postgre, and recently for some emails it started to halt with something similar like the reasons in this ticket.
Before tinkering something out by myself, I would like to ask, what could be the best solution to this, I mean in terms of programming. Or maybe there's already a patch for this. What I have tried is the brute force version, with utf8_encode and utf8_decode on serialize functions, but it the problem still remains.
