Looks perfect for me with default splitter position and polish
localization (see attachment)

For me not. Sorry, this is just my opinion.

I'm talking about text vertical alignment. The whole footer is not in
one line (differs in a few pixels). Also I'm almost sure that countcontrols
were still wrapped in some browsers (IE7 if I remember, I don't use my Windows
laptop very often).

If we need to move things around in order to get more space in the
footer then I suggest to find a new place for the quota display. This
is not diretly related to the message list (or the folders list) but
the other links are.

Below the roundcube logo, without "Disk usage:" text and resized to folders
list width? I have no idea.
