As stated before, that is fine with me.

I do have a preference for AGPL, and against proprietary modules, but am not
insisting on it in order to allow us all to move forward.

The clear majority seems to prefer the "GPLv3+ with exception" course. So I am
happy enough to concur and go along for the sake of achieving consensus.
