bandwidth to implement it.

of such a feature, if anyone wants to work on it :)

I agree. The larry skin is set to a minimum width of 1150px. I have
edited skins/larry/styles.css to change that from 1150 to 1024, which
suits many of our users' small laptop screens much better.
I do want to say here that RC has matured nicely over the years. In the
early days there were numerous things throughout the package that I
tweaked. These days this minimum width and the default behavior of the
Reply-all button are about it. The out-of-the-box config and options
suits us nicely.
