I just realized that 8bit chars in plain text signatures of Identities are converted to HTML. When I view the signature I'm using for this list, "DÜsseldorf" instead of "Düsseldorf" is displayed.
As long as I don't save the identity again, this is not a problem. But If I change anything in this identity (not necessarily in the signature itself) and save the change, "DÜsseldorf" is also saved in the database.
