I can acknowledge the behaviour on Windows FF 24.0.
I have pressed 'Liste antworten' (german for answer lit) and the Fro was
the first entry in my identidy list not

What I also have seen is that a new Folder 'Gesendet' (german for sent)
was created instead to use the configured special folder.
