Hi all, i have implemented a hook that allows you to add a header to
each preferences section. The idea being that if you create a plugin
that adds a section, you could add some info or help or whatever to
the top of the section instead of just dumping a user into a table of
settings.
Before I clean this up, is this something that could be accepted as a
PR?
