I just got the git head of scilab.
But, configure failes;
[...]
checking for hdf5.h... yes
checking for H5Fopen in -lhdf5... no
configure: error: libhdf5 or libhdf5_hl: library missing. (Cannot find symbol
H5Fopen) in /usr/lib64. Check if libhdf5 is installed and if the version is
correct
1. hdf5 files;
> rpm -qa | grep hdf5
hdf5-devel-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
hdf5-devel-static-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
libhdf5-8-openmpi-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
libhdf5-8-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
hdf5-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
libhdf5_hl8-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
libhdf5-0-openmpi-1.8.10-2.1.1.x86_64
libhdf5_hl8-openmpi-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
libhdf5_hl0-1.8.10-2.1.1.x86_64
jhdf5-2.6.1-2.18.x86_64
hdf5-examples-1.8.12-55.1.x86_64
That is, I installed the latest hdf5.
Any hint?
