[Scilab-Dev] Low Discrepancy Toolbox

Hi,

I have a small request about the Low Discrepancy Toolbox, a tool which 
is used for an research project in my company :

I submitted just before Christmas, but Santa seems to have forgotten my 
gift.

Could it be packaged please ?
