Hi,
I wanted to work on the improvement of SIVP and IPD modules so as to upgrade
the Image Processing toolkit of Scilab as a whole, but I wanted to ask
permission and guidance from the respective package maintainers.
I tried contacting them through the common mailing system of gsoc and
developers, but unfortunately didn't get any reply. Should I try and personally
mail them for permission and guidance?
