I want to remind everyone that top-posting makes mailing lists almost unmanageable. It's totally fine for one-on-one emails, but with multiple authors branching on multiple topics, we have to do a little bit more work to keep the conversation understandable. If you're responding to a particular discussion, please quote the relevant bits and write your responses below it. It's a bit more work, but it pays many times over, for yourself and everyone else, when it comes time to read and continue the discussion.
