Hello, I would like to give a hand to the project.
I live in the south of France. As a free software activist, I fell in
love with the project after reading it's incredibly complete, consistent
and engaged wiki :-)
Here are some some more technical infos.
- Currently studying computer science to work as a software developer.
Beginning 4th year.
- Currently doing an internship (6 months cumulated) where I do web
application development with Ruby on Rails. Mostly competent on
back-end. And front-end automated testing.
- Ultra basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge, nearly zero in CSS.
- Beginner in OCaml (got classes during last semester)
- Will get Haskell classes between approximately September and January.
I suppose as an apprentice developer that the most useful thing I could
do for Snowdrift.coop is develop!
The question is, on what part is help the most needed? Front-end or
back-end? Either way, I have to learn a lot of new stuff! :-)
