Hey, Victor - We're in the midst of moving all the wiki stuff around and figuring out where we ultimately want to house it, so expect links to be broken, at least for now.
To create a ticket, open a comment under a discussion and start with "ticket: <ticket subject>" After that line, anything else becomes the body of the ticket. when you're done, post the comment, the system will see "ticket:" and turn it into a ticket.
