as a co-author on this draft, I'm glad you have an early implementation.
The draft is now in the RFC Editor queue, i.e. nearing publication, and
a notification number has been assigned, see
http://www.iana.org/assignments/ikev2-parameters
(the name is EAP_ONLY_AUTHENTICATION). I suggest that you change the
value in notify_payload.h before the private value becomes entrenched.
