Hi Tobias, Thank you for the fast reply. Yes, it is exactly the same issue, but it only occurs after a (random) number of connections have already been successfully opened. I see the Issue is set to Normal and it references an issue in AOSP, which is 3 months old. Sadly, no news of a fix in sight.
Are you currently just awaiting a fix from Google? Do you know how to recover from this without restarting the device?
