It can be treated as a temporary working branch to work around the issue that "tizen 3.0 mobile build cannot work with gstreamer 1.0.7 in tizen branch". The multimedia team is working on upgrading 3.0 mobile packages for gst 1.0.7 or 1.2.0. Once it's done, this branch can be obsoleted.
