Dear  Junfeng

Ultimately, the request rules are needed for security.

I guess the reason is that some packages which have the domain names are not merged yet.

So, I move the rules to .rule file. Then we can fixed the build issue.

As I know, it did not check dependency of list of .rule file when package install.

Please check the patch https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/10740/.

Thanks
Donghee

Title : [Dev] [Important]Build problem caused by "contacts-service" in Tizen 3.0 public

Dear Donghee,

I wrote to you, because more than ten packages failed to build with the following error messages after you submitted the latest code of “platform/core/pim/contacts-service” today. For example:
the error message is like:
[   63s] [338/340] installing contacts-service2-0.9.84.2-4.27
[   63s] error: A domain name system hasn't been yet defined by any package. Can't verify if it is allowed
[   63s] error: AC domain setup failed for contacts-service2
[   63s] error: contacts-service2-0.9.84.2-4.27.i686: install failed
[   63s] exit ...

I have a fix pending on review: https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/10660/
If it is fine, could you please help to merge and submit the change. If it is not good, please fix or give a suggestion of fixing the build error in a proper way.

Thanks
Junfeng
