Please make sure you use the latest gbs, i.e. 0.18.1.

This looks as if your system at some point does not support file-system
extended attributes. If there was anything more than I assume this one,
as well as the previous one, were not fatal.

This is a problem problem with package manifest containing information
about SMACK labels. You could try investigating the security plugin in
the rpm package.
