Probably it may be worthy to identify owner of each DB first.
- For native, Alvin or Junghoon can identify DB. (actually native C++
framework does not have DB on /opt/dbspace or /opt/usr/dbspace location)
- For web, Ming Jin or Rusty may suggest opinion.
- For core, it is not stated clearly who should give opinion on the last
conference call.

Maybe I am lost for core part but we should clarify this to get the full
list as most of DB on /opt/dbspace or /opt/usr/dbspace is used for core
module.
