You are right. I checked the Makefile generated by cmake and the dependency between source file and code generator command is indeed not declared, despite the OUTPUT parameter in the CMakeFiles.txt. If anyone has an idea why that happens, please share. In the meantime I am going with the proposal to disable parallel builds.
