Title : sdk/emulator/emulator-kernel questions.

Hi, project "sdk/emulator/emulator-kernel" maintainer,

1.
Could you help to version up the package? We got the two important commits by
Stanislav fixed some race issues. Commits have been accepted and merged
already but package still not be version up.
Commit ca31e535 (Dec 11)
https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/gitweb?p=sdk/emulator/emulator-kernel.git;a=commit;h=9bc53fb0b57c6c5d895d1eb1a6fa6807e5ea9dc9
Commit 9bc53fb0b (Dec 10)
https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/gitweb?p=sdk/emulator/emulator-kernel.git;a=commit;h=ca31e53561796359868bde0d9dab75463a87fc31

I found latest commit fdd80e6d (Dec 18) has version up information (1.4.30) in
files package/pkginfo.manifest & package/changelog
But the package (emulator-kernel-x86_1.4.30_.zip) still not be created in the
http://download.tizen.org/sdk/latest/tizen/binary/

2.
I know only the project maintainer has right to version up & trigger build.
For next time, if we have a important commit and need to be version up ASAP,
what is a good way to inform project maintainer? (Write mail directly?)
Thanks,

Regards,
Ziv
