Good that you brought this up. Every domain needs to be defined and
documented.
Perhaps we use

page (we need it for the

IMO, Base should be very minimal: just boot to shell and nothing more. A
general guideline could be: Base needs
to be self sufficient and have no binary RPM dependencies to other domains.
