I reviewed your changes and it seems ok: using the rpm macros
%TZ_SYS_XXX is the right way to fix the hardcoded paths in spec files,
as long as the paths are not for per-user resources.
Sorry, no new docs for Multi-User architecture yet. Are there specific
points you need to discuss ?
