Thanks for your summary. Actually, we can get the domain setting in another
way: the "Description" field in gerrit web page for each project. e.g. the git
tree /framework/osp/messaging has the Description "Domain: Messaging;", so its
domain should be "Messaging".

Then go "People/ListGroups" tab in gerrit UI, find out "Messaging - 
Maintainers",
inside which the persons will be listed.
