Kai proposed moving pam_systemd to PAM config used by
user-session-launch only which seems sensible workaround.
We've been trying to switch over single IVI image to use tlm to create
sessions in proper manner, but so far the automatic session creation
with systemd has been such a mess I have not been able to sort it out yet.
But it would be nice to change the console session creation to tlm
sometime soon and that could help on the ssh issues too...
