This is final notice about emulator kernel upgrade.
If there are no critical issues, a new "3.12.x" kernel is applied on tizen branch on next monday (21, april).
Let me know if you have any opinion about upgrading kernel or the schedule.

* A latest longterm kernel version (3.12.17) was merged into "tizen_linux_3.12" using "git rebase".
* A "initramfs" is enabled because of "uvesa"- user level vesa driver.
(We are still using VGA device on tizen 2.2.x mobile profile.)
It was tested only linux host.

We arg going to finish Linux Kernel 3.12 upgrade until next week.(4/18)
Please check your commit at the origin kernel branch and apply it to new kernel branch if you are developing emulator.
Let me know if you have any opinion about upgrading kernel or the schedule.
