as stated by Philippe Common has already integrated 10.1.3 can you use that same version ?
As IVI is based on Common that will what will come at the sync in IVI.
As the goal is to sync at least once a week, that will come fast.
If you gave any issue with 10.1.3, thanks to raise them now.

FYI, weston-simple-egl works on Tizen:Common using mesa-10.1.3-8.1 (sandbox/pcoval/devel)

May maintainer rebase on this branch and make sure all downstream patches are sorted out

Also I plan to upgrade other components of the graphics stack : libva / va driver
since I am supposed to co-maintain it
but this could be possible once my "access" are granted please review :
