The reports provide some information. We are looking at improving some
user-friendly information in these by making sure that changelog are updated
for example.

The diff reports typically provide info between the current image and the
latest daily or weekly image. A question to the Release Engineering team: could
we provide a similar reports between milestone images, i.e. a diff report
between
tizen_20140422.1/<http://download.tizen.org/releases/milestone/tizen/ivi/tizen_20140422.1/>
 (aka Tizen IVI 3.0-M2-March2014) and
tizen_20140115.4/<http://download.tizen.org/releases/milestone/tizen/ivi/tizen_20140115.4/>
(aka Tizen IVI 3.0-M2-EOY) to be put here:
http://download.tizen.org/releases/milestone/tizen/ivi/tizen_20140422.1/builddata/reports/.
That would help people who typically stick to milestone images.

@Brad, you gave a pointer to a git repo. Did you have a particular patch
(Gerrit review) in mind you wanted to point out?

Thanks,
Geoffroy

Hi Art,

For suspect package, I'd look here:
platform/framework/web/wrt-plugins-tizen<https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/admin/projects/platform/framework/web/wrt-plugins-tizen>

Test out this patch and see if it fixes the issue; if so, let me know and I'll
push to get it merged

Best regards,
-Brad

Brad,

Thanks, I don't really have a suspect package. It's a ui problem. I did post
on the Jira so I hope that will find something. I've been using EOY release
until recently and now I'm on the APR22 release. It has ui problems when
switching apps after this was fixed.

You may be looking at a poor example of the OBS build report.

Take a look at this report, where there are actual changes between the two
images.

For changes across releases not covered by the report, you can either walk back
through these
reports 1-by-1, or (better) grab suspect package git repo's and analyze the
logs directly.

I've noticed that there are key files for each build release. I have also
noticed there is a reports section.

This information is great but is there a way to find out what the differences
are between the releases. I'd also like to know when a package changed last.
I'd like to backport some changes in the current release that seems to have
broken our apps. I could give more information but I'm more looking for ways
to found out for my self.

Thanks,
