Currently Ozone-Wayland only supports EGL for accelerated compositing.
Until now we didn't have any reason for adding support for Chromium
Compositor to output to a software-bitmap surface. Patches are welcome :)

One of the challenge with ARM by opposition to IA, is that we do not
