Technically the important bit you need is YaGL/VIGS - the virtual GPU/DRM/OpenGL that's needed to run wayland/weston/xwalk. Since Tizen:Common has image builds for emulator then I believe we don't need to do any of these steps. btw, this page looks outdated even for IVI, the only things one needs to install is system-plugin-emulator and emulator-yagl packages. I've already sent SR for these xwalk fixes - https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/PTAPI-37 So once these SRs are accepted remaining integration problems should be fixed.
